Capri In the Community

Part of the value system that is core to what we do is demonstrating leadership in the communities in which we operate and invest. The Capri Foundation, a 501(c)(3), serves as the liaison between Capri Investment Group and these communities.

Through the Foundation, Capri looks to support programs and organizations that promote diversity, inclusion, family enrichment, and educational advancement initiatives.

SINCE ITS INCEPTION, THE CAPRI FOUNDATION HAS:
  • Administered a career-exposure program, the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), designed to provide networking opportunities, mentorship, internships, and full-time placement at some of the world’s leading commercial real estate companies. Past ELP sponsors have included: Bank of America, Capri Capital Partners (part of the Capri Investment Group), CB Richard Ellis, Equity Residential, GE Capital Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Transwestern Investment Company (now known as Pearlmark Real Estate Partners).
  • Directed financial assistance and sponsorships to over 30 non-profit organizations that align with Capri’s core value system.

Further, in the spirit of the Capri Foundation, employees and friends of Capri donate countless hours of their own time and their personal financial resources to dozens of charities that are close and meaningful to them personally.

For more information about the Capri Foundation and its programs, please contact Oscar Groves at ogroves@capri.global. Please note, the Capri Foundation does not support partisan or political programs.
