Capri has explored investment opportunities in the Arabian Gulf states since 2008, despite civil uneasiness in select nodes of the expansive Middle East region, Capri believes that the Arab countries comprising the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) still hold considerable commercial and residential real estate investment potential, particularly in attractive business markets like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE.
