Kofi Asomaning is the Managing Director responsible for the investment and asset management activities of Capri in the West Africa region. He previously served as a Senior Manager, Real Estate West Africa for Stanbic Bank based in Accra, Ghana as the Head of Real Estate Finance (Debt) and Real Estate Investments (Equity). Mr. Asomaning was responsible for assessing and determining funding for real estate development and financing opportunities across the region. Prior to Stanbic, Mr. Asomaning was the Senior Real Estate Advisor – Advisory Services for Ernst & Young in the Corporate Real Estate, Investor Services and Construction Advisory practice in New York. Mr. Asomaning is a certified member of Project Management Institute, a globally recognized certification that demonstrates competency to lead and direct projects. He is also a founding member of The Human Development Group, Ghana, a non-profit which empowers young people to discover and achieve their full potential. He has a MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Summa Cum Laude (first in his class) with a BSc. Architecture, Pg Diploma in Architecture from the University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.
