Natasha Mutai oversees the investment functions of Capri Africa as Chief Investment Officer and manages the investment and asset management initiatives of the East and Southern Africa regions. She previously served as the Asset Manager, East Africa for STANLIB Direct Property Investments based in Nairobi, heading up STANLIB’s property initiatives in the region. Responsibilities included deal origination and evaluation, managing client and partner relationships, and monitoring and reporting on the implementation of projects for various property funds. Ms. Mutai joined STANLIB in June 2013, following three years as Regional Head of Real Estate, East Africa at Stanbic Bank (Standard Bank of South Africa) also based in Nairobi. She holds a BA Building Economics degree from the University of Nairobi and earned a Master of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Ms. Mutai is also a registered Quantity Surveyor, and is a founding member of the Institution of Construction Project Managers (ICPM) of Nairobi, Kenya.
