Capri Capital Partners has promoted seven professionals on its team, Spokeswoman Trish Hoffman confirmed.
Gwendolyn Butler has been promoted to vice chairwoman of global investor relations, responsible for expanding relationships with institutional investors and clients, Hoffman said. Most recently, Butler had been serving as president, coo and head of investor relations.
L. Heather Mitchell has been named president, coo and partner. She is responsible for leading asset management and overseeing operations, Hoffman said. Most recently, Mitchell served as chief administrative officer and a principal of investor relations.
Separately, Dori Nolan has become partner of investments and Mark Duggal has been appointed cfo and corporate treasurer, the firm said. Previously, Nolan was a principal of investments and Duggal served as deputy cfo and corporate treasurer.
In addition, Janelle Furlin has been named senior v.p. of portfolio accounting, Jason Lewis has been named senior v.p. of portfolio management and Suzanne Hoyes has been appointed assistant v.p. of compliance.
“All of those promoted have made significant contributions to Capri, demonstrating leadership and commitment to our core values,” said Quintin Primo III, chairman and ceo, in a statement. “Their leadership, and that of the entire Capri organization, allows us to serve our growing roster of institutional clients with focus and excellence.”
Capri is a Chicago-based institutional real estate firm with assets under management of $3.9 billion as of Sept. 30.
