CHICAGO, IL – Capri Capital Partners (“Capri”), a Capri Investment Group company (CIG), has announced that Dori C. Nolan, Partner, Investments has been promoted to Head of Investments and has been appointed as a voting member of the Capri’s Investment Committee.”

Ms. Nolan has been active in acquiring $1.2 billion and disposing of $1.7 billion in multifamily assets over the past five years. In addition, Ms. Nolan has participated in a broad range of real estate equity and debt investment activities including origination (underwriting, negotiating and structuring and restructuring), direct and joint venture investing, and portfolio risk management across the firm’s various separate accounts and commingled funds.
Prior to joining Capri, Ms. Nolan served as vice president of Loan Originations for CharterMac Mortgage Capital and as vice president of Loan Originations for Capri Capital Finance, LLC where she originated over $1 billion in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Ms. Nolan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marymount University, and is currently a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
Ms. Nolan is often sought out to speak on commercial real estate panels and recently participated in the Real Estate Bisnow “Women Who Rule Chicago Real Estate”.
