Quintin E. Primo Featured in Black Enterprise Magazine

CHICAGO, IL – Capri Capital Advisors, LLC Chairman & CEO Quintin E. Primo III is featured in the November issue of Black Enterprise Magazine.

The six-page feature titled “Rebuilding An Empire”, focuses on how Primo, who is African American, has made a name for himself and his company in the very competitive field of commercial real estate. Currently, minorities hold only 1% of all jobs in the commercial real estate industry.

This is the second time in the last three months that Primo has been written about in a major magazine. In August, Primo was named to Fortune Magazine’s 2005 Diversity List of Most Influential People.

Primo has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investment and capital markets. Prior to founding Capri Capital Advisors, LLC with his partner Daryl Carter, Primo was Managing Director of Q. Primo & Company, Inc., a real estate investment banking firm established in 1988 specializing in foreign and domestic private placements. Before forming Q. Primo & Company, he was employed with Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. where he was Vice President and manager of the Chicago lending team and Regional Vice President of the real estate investment banking group.

Primo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with honors and high distinction, from Indiana University. He is a voting member of the Pension Real Estate Association and Urban Land Institute. Additionally, he is a board member of the Real Estate Roundtable.

Primo is active in civic and charitable organizations. He is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Advisory Council and Economic Club of Chicago; he serves as a board trustee of the Chicago Community Trust, (Episcopal) Church Pension Group and the University of Chicago Hospitals.

Additionally, he is Chairman of two non-profit organizations.
